ORDERING MADE EASY

It's not a party without balloons! Our Balloon Columns come fully assembled and ready to elevate any celebration.

1. CHOOSE & CUSTOMIZE YOUR BALLOON COLUMN

We offer a variety of styles, including plain toppers, customized toppers, or specialty toppers. Choose the option that best fits your event and budget.

When you place your order, simply fill out the details (like colors, themes, or any special requests) in the notes section, and we’ll take care of the rest! If you’re unsure about colors, tell us your theme, and we’ll recommend the best options for you.

2. SCHEDULE PICK-UP OR DELIVERY

Pick-Up Information

Local pick-up is available at our Staunton location:
📍 Address: 54 Rowe Road, Suite 103
⏰ Hours: Tuesday - Friday: 10 AM - 5 PM | Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM

Our Balloon Columns are approximately 6ft tall and come on stands. Please come prepared:

  • SUV or larger vehicle required (these will NOT fit in a car’s backseat).
  • Seats folded down and free of clutter or sharp objects.

Delivery Information

Delivery is available on Fridays within a 15-mile radius of our shop for an additional fee.

  • Select the delivery option during checkout, and we’ll confirm availability before sending a separate invoice for the delivery fee.
  • For locations outside the 15-mile radius, call us at 540-569-2119 to check availability.

IMPORTANT CHECKOUT TIPS

  • During checkout, you MUST select "In-Store Pick-Up" even if you choose delivery. Failure to do so will result in a freight shipping charge, which we cannot refund.
  • Balloon Columns come on stands that must be returned within 3 days of your event to avoid additional charges.
